Excellent work from all of our students this term. I'm very proud and lucky to have such a good group of students. A big thanks to all the families for supporting us in our Jiu Jitsu journey.
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.
