A big heart felt thank you to all who attended our 3rd anniversary party. If was a lot of fun seeing the kids learn to skate. I enjoyed chasing around with the more advanced skaters as well. The food was fantastic and the sweets for awesome.
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.
