What a fantastic graduation today. We had 4 students receive stripes and one student leveled up to a grey and white belt. A big well done for everyone that participated this term.
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.
